Offering a wide spectrum of gourmet cuisine created by award-winning chef, the gastronomic experience is complemented by five-star service and elegant surroundings. The Cafe Bel-Air and the Oasis Lounge are two popular venues with both local residents and hotel guests.

Cafe Bel-Air

The hotel's stylishly designed indoor/outdoor restaurant presents the celebrated cuisine of Luxe Executive Chef RaShon Smith. Sleekly modernized in 2006, the setting of the Café Bel-Air is relaxed, comfortable, and very private. Known for its upscale, seasonally fresh comfort cuisine, the restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu highlights include breakfast savories such as: home-made low fat granola, croissant French toast, smoked salmon hash, egg white and goat cheese omelet, as well as specialty pancakes. At lunch hotel guests and neighborhood patrons come for the popular New York steak tossed salad, the watercress salad with shrimp and peanut sauce, pressed panini sandwiches, and the creamy, five cheese macaroni and cheese, among the variety of menu items. Dinner at the Café Bel-Air features such classics as meatloaf with wild mushroom gravy and updated specialties such as lemon fettuccini with lobster and shrimp and spicy Ahi tuna tartar with taro chips. The Sunday Luxe Jazz Brunch combines a delectable buffet, hot menu items and performances by a talented Jazz trio. Dine on the sunny patio or inside, seated on the restaurant¹s cushy banquette. A variety of tempting dishes awaits you at this all-inclusive brunch from smoked salmon and bagels to seasonal salads accompanied by pastries, cakes and champagne. Oasis Lounge

Just off the lobby, hotel guests, Bel-Air and Brentwood neighbors alike mingle in the hotel¹s airy, comfortable and casual Oasis Lounge. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. the lounge offers a full array of select boutique wines, beer and mixed drinks including seasonal cocktails such as a blood orange or pomegranate martinis. A tasty sampling of small plates and appetizers is also available.
